As the CEO of JIGG Media, RJ is primarily responsible for strategic direction, partnerships, and sales/marketing. RJ has defined a successful strategy that has led to debt-free revenue growth.
In addition to his strategic responsibilities, RJ is ultimately responsible for project resourcing and execution. He recruits developers and creative resources, trains them in the JIGG Media methodology, and provides ongoing assistance to ensure that all people (and projects) are staying on track.
