I have been coordinating corporate events and trade show participation since 2004. The events vary in size from 10 to 5000 with both internal and external attendees. My experience ranges from managing site selection and contract negotiation to being onsite to assure everything runs smoothly and troubleshoot when it does not! My definition of a successful meeting is not one where nothing goes wrong, but one where the mishaps are invisible to the attendees.
