I have 20 years experience as project- and program manager for IT and organizational change. People I've worked with say I'm good at motivating my teams, achieving stakeholder buy-in for changes, and navigating complex, political organizations.
People see me as solution oriented, entrepreneurial, socially skilled and an experienced sparring partner for C-level management and boards, without loosing contact with the workfloor.
