In charge of BPM (Business Process Management) implementation and continuous improvement projects, in order to reach better results. I structured the area focus on three main pillars, as following: - Process Management Value Chain with strategic alignment Macro process Process - Continuous improvement projects PDCA (With change management) Developing projects to improve process raised in the process mapping and management. - KPIs Establish and manage KPIs for each macro process by a results meeting.
