Ric is Chief Analyst and a founding principal of GovernanceMetrics International, formerly The Corporate Library. He is the chief architect of its Board Analyst database and corporate governance ratings system, its advanced Corporate Governance Screening Tool, its specialized securities class action probability ratings, and, with Jackie Cook, the Board Analyst Director Interlocks Tool, the first commercial application of social network theory in this field.
He is also a co-inventor, with Robert A.G. Monks, of Brightline, a computer-based modeling program that permits the simulation and statistical analysis of selected types of corporate behavior on long-term investment value. Brightline
