I am a consultant, researcher, and educator. Via my consulting group, I assist clients with strategic technology planning, technology assessment, due diligence, renewable energy management, energy policy analysis, technology scouting, and contract research. I have participated as an expert witness in several recent proceedings before the Colorado PUC including both rate cases and resource planning dockets.
