I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes in August 2007. It has forced me to be more careful with my nutrition, and ironically I have a much healthier lifestyle now. I have lost approximately 40lbs and feel great. My glucose levels today are better than normal thanks to modern medicine and my wonderful wife who takes care of me.
