Rocel is a communications consultant and digital strategist with almost 10 years of experience in multimedia communications. She served as a business and tech editor for local and international magazines, including Entrepreneur Philippines published by Summit Media. She was named Certified Digital Marketer in 2014 and has since specialized in digital strategy for social good.
