Semper Paratus
Well, what can I say here, hhm. After a particularly unsettling period of my life, (which was very very spooky), its back to some form of normal excessiveness! Thats it, yup, more steam Macphail! A cathartic trip to Europe with very good friends and some amazing climbing and I remembered what made me who I am! Great, back in business.
Other than all of that I have been blessed with two beautiful wee girls that are the most important people in my life. They are the ones that keep me (in) sane and I will always put them first.
As for everything else, I thrive on challenges. Bring it on.
