My responsibilities include the development of pre-sales programs for hosted solutions to the Reseller channel. I perform presentation, technical updates and assist with the marketing of hosted service to clients and Cisco partners . My added responsibilities are to put technical procedures in place to increase market share of Collab9's Hosted solution.
