I've had twelve years in top level advertising - six as Board Director - then twenty years in management development. I spent six years at Cranfield business school working on a wide range of white collar management development interventions for UK, European and global clients. I am currently Director of the Executive Masters in Management at Ashridge and a subject leader in Personal Impact on theMBA programme.
