I currently work with Siemens and am part of the Resource management and Organization development team servinga business unit spanning 10 countries. I have experience in the areas of Employee Engagement, Competency assessment, Workplace coaching and the supply-chain-model of recruitment. I am passionate about Capability and leadership development , application of social media, creative presentations and corporate social responsibility. Prior to Siemens , I have worked with Accenture,Infosys and P&O Nedlloyd in various locations in south Asia.
