For over 15 years I have been committed to increasing educational efficacy through technology. As educational institutions throughout the world seek new and effective approaches to incorporating technology: as tools for instruction, to ease the burden of assessment, to embrace the vocational skills for tomorrow. There are few who know how to bridge research and programming, new pedagogy and new technology. I founded Play Pattern in 2008, we are a small educational technology consultancy. We design solutions, products and programs for K -12 education. I am also the co-founder of Hacker Prep and CEO/Chair of Design Prep nonprofits with the mission to teach design through arts and technology.
