With more than a decade on various electronic manufacturing; semiconductor and inspection laboratory :
• Competent knowledge in ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Systems awareness, IQA and documentation; Statistical Process control (SPC); Total Quality Management (TQM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge on the operation, maintenance, qualification and calibration of various Semiconductor ATE, wafer prober and packaging (tape and reel) equipment.
• Experience in handling personnel and delegating task and other responsibilities. Participated people handling & leadership seminars enhancing leadership skills.
