For the past 18 months have worked for CMT as a tutor \trainer\ examiner helping learners from Learndierct to use forklift in warehousing environment.Assessing them for their NVQ2 forklift counterbalance test. Once completed the 5 days theory and practical course and passed the written test paper they complete practical test, once pass issue license. If unfortunate and fail they would be assessed for further training and sent back to Learn direct for further funding. In addition to forklifting and warehouse manager.
