President and CEO

Rosanne Foust serves as the president and chief executive officer of the San Mateo County Economic Development Association (SAMCEDA). She has long been an active member of San Mateo County, and she spent a term as mayor of Redwood City. She sits as a board member with the San Mateo County Transportation Authority and the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority. Additionally, Rosanne Foust serves as deputy chair of the Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce, a trustee with the Bay Area Council Economic Institute, and treasurer of the senior housing complex Casa de Redwood.
