In 2003 Rosario Garra participated in the foundation of Coordinamento Riviste Italiane di Cultura (CRIC), of which he held the position of General Secretary for ten years. At the moment, as Board Member, he holds the responsibility for digital publishing and training.
In the period 1981-1996 he was the Rome Office Manager for Associazione Italiana Editori (AIE).
