Social Science PhD. Full Professor at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Nowadays she is Editorial Director at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. She is head of research group “Scientific communication”. Co-founder and editorial manager of the Sistema de Información Científica Redalyc (www.redalyc.org) for 10 years. Her main research interests are: social studies of science, new technologies, open access and epistemology.
