Everything that is done at an organization is done through people. I like to see how organizations change as a function of the style of their leaders. One only needs to see the impact of a new general manager, with a new leadership style, has on an organization. Suddenly, the entire organization begins to change, progressively redefining the leadership style of the entire organization.
My experience at HP as at Winthertur Group, and later at ePeople-c, has taught me that the impact that leaders have a direct impact both on the bottom line and the overall employee satisfaction of an organization.
