2013- Was a part of the team setting up Quality Assurance Network as part of a New Model Production line setup. Had to overcome various challenges involved in initial stages of QC of a new production line. Since then performing the role of a Quality Engineer in Body Shop. The team I head performs Measurement, Monitoring and Control of Body Accuracy. Identifying problems, RCA and effective implementation of Toyota Quality Management System in production.
