Remotely revenue managing hotels with a team of 6 Revenue Managers who do the day-to-day revenue management functions for the hotels on the Marriott Systems. My role includes managing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy, Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data, Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities, building successful relationships with all stakeholder including owners/owner representatives as well as hotel management teams. I am also responsible for training my team and providing them with the necessary career guidance and tools to be successful in their careers.
