As I settled into my first job, I remember getting excited at the prospect of getting new IT and Telecom products and services to figure out and interpret for my not so technically adept boss, this turned out to be the toughest job because although I "got it"鈥�, it turned out that not everyone had the 鈥榥erdish鈥� affinity for highly complex products!
Thus came my first lesson in my career: if your product is too "complex"鈥�; "difficult to understand"; or simply daunting for your customer...then they probably have no use for it...if they do and you do not communicate it well...then again they will never miss it!
