Digital media platforms allow for the real-time or delayed delivery of video, audio, and data over various networks to multiple devices. They include digital terrestrial broadcasting which provides clearer TV and sound via airwaves, broadband which can carry multiple channels over wires, cable which uses cable TV lines for broadband internet, and satellite which uses artificial satellites for telecommunications. Popular media platforms that people use to create, store, and share digital media include blogs, social networks, publishing sites, video channels, and messaging platforms.
