I've had a 20-year successful career in cancer research as Director of Tumor Biology at the Garden State Center (NIH funding, 82 publications from my research, mentoring graduate students and post-docs, teaching undergraduate and graduate students and serving as a full member on numerous study sections (NIH, DOD, Susan Komen, CABCRP).
In 2003, I decided it was time for a change. I began freelance medical writing and in 2005, I took a position in medical communications and then in professional healthcare advertising, and most recently in pharmaceutical sales force training working on established accounts and on new business development.
