Raul Ragazzoni is Teikos Lab managing partner. Graduated in 1993 in Computer Engineering at the University of Modena, immediately he worked as a researcher at DEIS University of Bologna. Since 1995 he works as a freelance consultant in public health care organizations, specifically focusing on information systems, implementation or development of planning and control systems, general management, organization and HR evaluation. He is also part of the original group of founders of Teikos and has worked on many projects mainly in the areas of strategy, organization, restructuring and management control, participating in all consultancy projects in health care public and private sectors
