Set up MRJ Consulting in 2000 after a succesful career in sales, marketing, consulting and training management, within engineering sector. Current work involves the design, delivery and development of management development programmes and providing consultancy, coaching and mentoring in this area. Have recently researched and written a number of level 7 (senior manager) development guides for the Chartered Management Institute. I am also a personal tutor for programme members on the Henley Business School flexible learning MBA, advising and guiding members with their learning and personal development.
