My current projects have me working to develop cutting edge approaches to culinary education. I have, with a team of inspired and excited individuals, designed and launched the country’s first accredited 100% online culinary programs, established a registered Farm to Table® program for culinary education and developed programs to inspire high school and post secondary students to pursue careers in the Culinary and Hospitality industry.
