Born 1948 Straubing Bavaria (Roman outpost on the danube year 50)
parents were both employed as teens by the 101st Airborne who were stationed there. Dad in the motor pool and mum as housekeeper/nappy for the commander. They immigrated and arrived in Newcastle in 1949 aboard the first post war immigrant ship into Newcastle harbour.
