Introduction to a Royal Society of the Arts Fellowship event on food culture and food systems in Coventry, 13 November 2018 held at Coventry University. We made vegetable summer rolls and shared hummus made by Arabian Bites community café and delicious sourdough bread from Proof Bakery that trains and assists migrants in Coventry.
