Setting up patient care protocols , trained nurses in the various areas and started a PA Training program amongst other start up challenges. Over the period did over 1500 open heart procedures. Started Minimally invasive cardiac surgery program, the first in the state of Kerala. Moved to KIMS HeartCare Center, a joint venture between KIMS Healtcare Management Ltd and HeartCare Associates Ltd as Lead Clinician and Chief.
