Lima, 8 am. Im stuck in the traffic jam, wishing I could take a metro. But theres no metro. No regular public transport. If I was in THEIR place, I would fix that, Im complaining, thinking about the local authorities. My neighbours do the same but finally they give up because they know that nobody would listen - in emerging markets like Peru, the user experience is too often subordinated to various political and economical interests.
