My passion and love for cooking started at the age of 15. Although it started as a hobby, cooking became my profession after graduation. After starting the culinary career in country clubs and family-owned restaurants in New York, I held positions at a number of acclaimed city restaurants worldwide. My cooking style focuses on using the freshest ingredients, especially interested in contemporary and traditional Italian and Asian dishes.
