Per quanto sconcertante e sconfortante da accettare, le nostre decisioni sono continuamente guidate da automatismi mentali ("bias") che, essenziali nella vita di tutti i giorni per prendere decisioni in fretta e senza fatica, risultano fuorvianti lì dove sia necessaria una riflessione più attenta e approfondita. I "bias cognitivi" ci tendono continuamente trappole che pregiudicano l'efficacia delle nostre decisioni o delle dinamiche di comunicazione tra noi e gli altri. Partendo da diversi ambiti lavorativi ed arrivando a diversi esempi riguardanti i team Scrum la mia intenzione è quella di esplorare insieme ai partecipanti i modi in cui i principali bias si manifestano e come creare le condizioni (quali pratiche si possono dimostrare efficaci) per limitarne gli effetti indesiderati.]]>
