Since I left Shepherd... Graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in political economy; worked in the State Legislature and went to law school at night (again at MSU); ran a bunch of political campaigns - some successful, some not so much - passed the bar exam and since 2001 have been a lawyer and lobbyist. In 2002, I met Caroline (last call at the Pink Pony, Mackinac Island); we were married in 2004 and were blessed with two darling daughters, Elisabeth (Ellie) in 2007 and Nora in 2010.
