Bermula dari pertemanan yang sudah terjalin lama, sekelompok pemuda kreatif menyatakan diri untuk membentuk sebuah ruang ekspresi film bernama Rumah karya Lensa Sinesia (RKLS).
Tahun 2013 adalah tahun pertama RKLS terbentuk. Sebagai wujud eksistensi dan produktifitas pada bulan februari di tahun 2013 pula RKLS mengawali langkah proses produksi sebuah film pendek berjudul PULANG.
Formasi pertama kerabat produksi Rumah Karya Lensa Sinesia :
