Rusdi Omar is a senior lecturer at the Department of International Affairs Management, School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He holds a Master of Law in International Relations from Hitotsubashi University, Japan and Bachelor Degree in Economic (Hons.) from Malaya University and currently pursuing his Ph.D in Adelaide University. He teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, which includes International Relations, Foreign Policy Analysis, Malaysian Foreign Policy, Diplomacy, Politics of Developed and Developing Countries and East Asian Politics.
