Broadly my research explores the role of knowledge-based assets in creating and maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. Specifically, I study management dilemmas associated with human assets including: 1) how buyers cope in mergers and acquisitions that involve human assets, 2) who reaps the gains from competitive advantages, and 3) how do you design/structure organizations under uncertainty.
