One of 18 people, nationally, to be hired to for an accelerated training program offered within Cisco Systems. The training focused on both Technical and Soft Skills, with one-on-one instructions by Cisco Engineers and outside instructors. The goal of the program was for network engineers to have expert technical skills and the Soft Skills necessary to build solid customer relationships. I have obtained my CCNP and passed CCIE written. I plan on focusing on Video and Voice and working my way toward the CCIE Collaboration. I am a graduate from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. I am passionate about technology.
