November 1, 2010 Campaign Update Charlotte, NC
Campaign Commentary with Rep. Ruth Samuelson
This past week, I was pleased to have received the endorsement of the Charlotte Observers
editorial board, and I was especially appreciative of their recognition that I am accessible,
communicating well with constituents and open to hearing feedback.
During the past four years, Ive always been grateful to have my constituents share their
opinions with me as Ive made decisions about how Ill cast my vote as their representative in
the State House. Likewise, Ive always wanted my constituents to have a clear understanding
of where I stood.
2. That is why it has been my pleasure to share with you my views on the important matters
facing North Carolina during the last several months, as Ive campaigned for a third term.
I hope you know that I will continue to welcome your questions and your comments on those
issues. One of the best ways to reach me: go to my website, www.RuthSamuelson.com, and
click on Ask Ruth.
I also hope that if youre not among the thousands who have already cast their ballots in
North Carolina, you will make the time to go to the polls tomorrow and make your opinion
known in what could be an historic election!
Thank you for your support!
Best wishes,
Ruth Samuelson
