One of my current goals is to write a book for educators. Tentatively entitled, Blending the Teaching of Best Practices in Literacy with Connected Learning, the book is intended to help teachers model their learning process, and guide their students to become passionate and successful readers, writers and thinkers, through technology utilization and global collaboration.
I believe in fostering deep thinking and a love of learning in my students as I employ connected learning strategies and encourage them to collaborate and create projects that enhance their lives beyond school.
