- Knowledge of network equipment elements, i.e., DACS, routers, optical Mux, M13, LGX/NGF panels, DSX-1/DSX-3 panels, switched and packet services. Ability to complete, design, or trouble shoot CLR/DLR (Circuit/Design layout records).
