My versatile background spans from engineering and entrepreneurship to teaching, education leadership and start-ups. As an engineer, I embraced the approach of systems thinking right from the start of my career. Then, having served as a teacher and an education administrator who managed several change projects, I learned first-hand how important people and culture are to improving processes and systems.
