Interaction designer with more than 20 years of experience, focused on understanding user needs, expectations and pain experiences when using digital products.
On last 5 years I had the chance of working as interaction designer and then as project manager on international projects for Nokia and Microsoft. I had the experience of handling several stakeholders expectations in order to deploy products, systems and services taking in consideration user centered design, service design, agile framework, product ownership, team collaboration.
