At the Boston College Center for Work & Family (@BCCWF), I manage all communications and programming efforts for our network of leading employers. I am a senior member of our partner relations and publications teams and lead BCCWF outreach and social media efforts. I enjoy working with progressive organizations to provide research and consultation on flexibility, work-life balance, employee well-being, and other workforce management issues.
