As the Founding CEO of Xplode Magazine, I've brought in over 100 volunteers and trained over 1,000 young people in employability, media, business and life skills. I oversee strategic development and manage core staff.
As well as being the youngest CEO to receive Her Majesty the Queen鈥檚 Award for Voluntary Service, I鈥檝e been able to transfer skills to other Bolton-based charities where I serve as a director.
