I have with me over 17 years of work experience in HR operations, Business Development & Customer Service operations spanning across IT, ITeS, Retail, Real Estate & Entertainment verticals, During this tenure I have had the opportunity of working with industry leaders, both in India & the Middle-East, which has exposed me to strong, focused business processes and quality management tools. This exposure has also empowered me with a better understanding of Human Behavior across levels and culture’s, which helps me function efficiently as a HR professional. At the same time I am a keen student of this function; I research and study extensively for self-development.
