I love my family (husband + three parrots), walking, hiking, swimming, India, colorful bandannas, napping, kombucha, and practicing/teaching yoga.
I am grateful for yoga which is a constant source of peace, healing, and love in my life. So much will shed, fade away, and let go as the days, seasons, and years of my life progress. Yoga will remain. It is the one practice that has always and will always be with me, bringing me endless joy and transformation.
