Pastor Samuel Sebuliba is the founder and Pastor of New Destiny Community Church(http://www.newdestinyuganda.com/) located in the capital city of Uganda Kampala.He is also the Director of New Destiny Community organisation(http://www.newdestinyafrica.com/) which is an indigenous initiative geared towards creating opportunities for the less fortunate AIDS orphans,needy children,youth and women through Education,Healthcare,and an income generating projects.
Prior to this he served seven years at Jinja Miracle Center where he rose through from worship leaderto Youth Pastor.
