My main responsibility is development of HB-LEDs for solid state lighting applications. Currently I am involved in R & D on GaN/InGaN LED design, fabrication, characterization and packaging. Apart from this I am involved in optimization of phosphor parameters for blue to white light down-conversion. I am also involved in fabrication of other GaN based devices like solar cells, AC LEDs.
