I enjoy learning from other teachers and instructional coaches who are willing to study and share their craft. My former position as an building instructional coach in Eagle County Schools, and my current role as our building association representative, has provided a consistent opportunity to get together with instructional leaders from other schools and continue my growth as an educator.
Professionally, I would like to continue to build the leadership skills I am practicing in my current positions to prepare for a future building-level leadership position, a district-level professional development position, or a similar position in the private sector that would utilize this skill-set.
